Not yet filed your ROC returns for FY 2018-19?
Now you have time till 30th November 2019!
In a circular dated 29th October 2019, the MCA extended the due date for filing financial statements for the FY ended on 31st March 2019.
For e-forms AOC-4 , AOC (CFS) AOC-4 XBRL, the due date has been extended to 30th November 2019.
For e-form MGT-7, the last date is now 31st December 2019.
Companies can now file their returns by these dates without worrying about the penalty of additional fees.
