Sometimes, they cause even bigger problems than we started out with. This is why, before making a decision, visualising it is important. A little extra time to visualise how a particular decision could turn out could make a big difference in how it actually does turn out. Consider the different variables involved, and review how your decision could impact various stakeholders, the situation, and your company.
Also leverage both facts and emotions in your decision-making process. The best decisions are based on logic and data. But don’t underestimate the value of human emotions!
