Amir is a tech evangelist, business thought leader and serial entrepreneur. With over 15 years of experience in the fields of Information Technology, compliance and business development, Amir is enthusiastic about converting IDEAS into REALITY through TECHNOLOGY.
He believes that technology can change lives for the better. It can improve the way we work and play, and help us find solutions to problems that previously seemed intractable. This is why he is so enthusiastic about designing services and solutions rooted in technology.
Amir enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and areas of expertise. He says that each member of his teams – past and present – has taught me the value of hard work, perseverance, creative thinking and patience; qualities that I nurture in myself through self-development and in others through coaching and mentoring. He is a valued member of groups such as TIE and Indo-French Chamber of Commerce. He is also a past treasurer of the Lions Club of Mumbai Shining.
SALIMA VIRANI
Salima is an energy healer, therapist and intuitive reader. She believes in the power of creative thinking, and is one of the driving forces behind the Cynergi Connects platform.
With a keen interest in spirituality and lifelong learning, Salima believes that the work we do should be one of our pathways to finding fulfillment and purpose. Salima is thankful to her many past mentors for encouraging her to find her own way, and guiding her when she needed help with overcoming challenges. Now she is ‘paying it forward’ by mentoring and coaching the young family of Cynergi Connects to achieve excellence in their professional and personal lives. She encourages the team to find new ways to excel at their work so they too can find meaning in their lives.
Salima loves doing research on the principles of management and personal development, and tries to incorporate her learnings to bring operational excellence to Cynergi Connects.
SWATI IYER
For as far back as she can remember, Swati has been fascinated by the written word. She still remembers the time when she was 5 and trying to read her favourite fairy tales under a blanket with just a dim light bulb for company!
As a professional writer and content consultant, Swati tries to harness the power of words to boost her clients’ business outcomes in tangible and measurable ways. She is the Managing Editor for Cynergi Connects and is responsible for ensuring that the site’s content quality is maintained at the high levels that she is accustomed to (and insists on!). She also contributes her own writings to the platform and would love to engage with the members of the Cynergi Connects writers’ family.
