STRESS RELIEF THROUGH THE BREATH

The breath is the link between your body,mind and soul.  As you run your awareness from one part of your body to another,you become aware of dis-ease and and blocks in your body.  You become aware of different types of sensations in your body, some feel good and others do not. Breathe out and release them without any judgement.  It brings peace, calm, and a feeling of well-being in your body, mind and heart. The mind will try and examine it, and lead you towards a different track altogether.  So watch this feeling, and release it, and breath it out also. This will help you accept everything as it is, and your self the way you are. As you start watching your breath, you will start staying in the present moment.   “The Present Moment is all there is”, says Eckart Tolle, “Everything is in the Now”. The dis-ease is also in the “Now”, and the well-being is also in the “Now”. The choice is yours.

 

By breathing out the dis-ease, you will find that disease in the body goes away slowly, and accumulation of new dis-ease also gets eliminated.  

 

A lot of visions, thoughts and emotions begin to arise,… breathe them out also.  They are all past conditionings…do not examine them. Just watch them and breathe them out.  This takes a long time. We have lived many life times, in many dimensions and universes and time Zones.  Let go, forgive,ask for forgiveness, and gratitude to the universe for showing you the way. Send love and light to all concerned.

 

This works like your computer – the virus gets eliminated, the hardware gets cleaned-up, as does the software.  You can even start making up our own applications and software.

 

Your health and body functions improve and so does your energy, drive and moods.  You become active, healthy and happy.

 

You begin to realise your true state of being…. a state of well-being and happiness and bliss.  To live in this state, and to function from here in this reality is the crux of the whole matter.

 

To live in this state, is to live in the present moment,…to live without judgement, in complete  harmony with the divine…. to function as a channel. Just the thought of this gives me goosebumps….to function for the good of all.

 

Every time you create a situation….breathe deeply and connect to yourself (and disconnect from the situation).  You will see that there is no judgement happening. The mind ,our of habit, is conditioned ,to run to the past and connect to a similar situation, and expect the same outcome.  And then, as if by magic, ‘The Law of Attraction’, comes into play and starts attracting similar outcomes, thereby creating a huge trauma. So instead just breathe ….and release the trauma.  Keep Breathing deeply until you start feeling lighter. Now deal with the situation, the outcome will be one of detachment….more acceptable, more peaceful, and more harmonious.

 

There is no dis-ease in the body, no fluctuation of emotions.  You are now working from the pleasant moment.

 

So breathe and be in the moment….

Breathe and function from the real you….

Breathe in Health and Happiness, and breathe out stress and anger

Stay aware and Breathe…..

Peace and harmony
