Terms of Reference for Saksham Internship Placement Service
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING UP OR MAKING ANY PAYMENT TO THIS SERVICE
Thank you for your interest in Saksham Internship Placement Service brought to you by Cynergi Connects, a group company of Prime Biz. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute an agreement that governs your (“User”) use of this service (“Service”). Words such as “We”, “Our” and “Us” refer to Cynergi Connects only. “User”, “you” and “your” refers to you, the user or client (prospective, current or past).
By your use of the service in the past, present or future, you are deemed to have read and accepted the following Terms and agree to comply with and be bound by all applicable laws and regulations of India.
We hold the right to add, modify, change or delete the complete or a part of the terms and conditions without any prior notice. All the changes, if any, will be published to the User via email when User expresses an interest in or signs up with us for our Service. If you are not satisfied with the terms contained in this Agreement, you may simply refrain from using this Service.
Terms
- The fee for placement per intern, per term, shall be Rs.1499/- (One thousand Four Hundred Ninety Nine Only) plus the applicable GST and shall be remitted in advance by the company.
- Once JD / request for Interns is provided by the company, weshall do the screening of the intern and align the interview with the company’s management team / HR Admin Incharge
- It shall be the sole responsibility of the company to assess the employability skills of the prospective interns in the specific context of the job profile and after being fully satisfied, the company can engage his/her services.
- There shall be no replacement of the intern if the intern leaves the services of the company for any reason and there would be no refund in such event.
- We shall provide replacement of intern or refund only in instances where the company has not confirmed the appointment of the intern.
- The company shallnot approach our employees to offer them a job.
- We shall inform the intern’s educational institute when the company confirms the appointment of the intern.
- The company shall not establish direct contact with the intern’s incharge in the Educational Institute.
- The company shall ensure to handover he experience certificate to the intern on his/her last day of the internship. The certificate shall not be withheld for any reason.
USE OF THESE SERVICES
It is the whole and sole responsibility of the User to determine if these Services offered by Cynergi Connects, a group company of Prime Biz are as per the User’s needs based on the specifications and characteristics of the User’s requirement, of which Cynergi Connects is unaware prior to sign-up. Cynergi Connects reserves all the rights to cease, suspend or forfeit the services provided to the User for legitimate reason(s) as deemed by Cynergi Connects’s management; or to make necessary changes in the Services without prior intimation to future Users. However, the User cannot hold us responsible for any warranty, indemnity or any other damages caused to the User due to signing up or using these Services provided by Cynergi Connects.
APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
All these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and Maharashtra. Any dispute related to the interpretation, termination, validity or performance of these Terms & Conditions is subject to the relevant courts of India and Maharashtra having proper rights of jurisdiction. If any of the clauses mentioned in these Terms & Conditions are considered or found to be nullified or unenforceable pursuant to the applicable laws, regulations or on the basis of the final decision given by the court under jurisdiction, the other clauses and conditions will remain effective and applicable in full force to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of India and Maharashtra.
